WE'RE WORKING FOR A GREAT SAFE WINTER

The most important measures taken to ensure a safe winter holiday in Valmalenco, in the Orobic and Rhaetic Alps.

Here are three basic rules:

  • keep 1 m distance
  • wear a face mask
  • wash and sanitize your hands regularly

Here is a summary of the main measures that we'll take to ensure a safe holiday in Valmalenco:

  • intelligent queue management in waiting areas
  • daily sanification of all cars, toilets and other public areas
  • infomation material on the current safety measures
  • for all the activities on the snow (snowshoeing excursions, winter excursions) with local guides, measures for small groups will be taken
  • our staff constantly keeps up to date regarding anti Covid-19 measures and is provided with face masks. Our employees have to measure their body temperature every day and undergo regular testing.

Ski pass, ski rental and ski schools

  • ski pass: possibility to book your ski pass beforehand
  • ski rental: possibility to book your equipment beforehand in one of the ski rental point
  • ski schools: book your lessons in advance, to secure your place in small groups

What we ask you

  • enjoy your winter holiday in harmony with the territory
  • keep a distance of at least 1 metre between yourself and others
  • wear face mask, regardless of the distance in the following situations:
    - when buying your ski pass

    - while you get on and off the ski facilities and during the whole trip
    - inside mountain huts and restaurants (except for when you're sitting at the table)
