La Rüsümada era l'energy drink dei nostri nonni: un concentrato di ingredienti freschi e nutrienti, l'ideale per darsi la carica prima di affrontare una giornata di duro lavoro. 

INGREDIENTI

  • 1 uovo
  • 2 cucchiaio di zucchero
  • vino rosso o marsala

Montare a neve un albume. Aggiungere un tuorlo e due cucchiai di zucchero, mescolare fino a raggiungere una consistenza spumosa. A piacere unire  un po' di vino rosso o marsala.
