Oss de Mòrd

Lanzada

Gli Oss de Mòrd  (ossa da Mordere) sono dei deliziosi biscotti originari di Lanzada, che devono il nome alla consistenza dura, ma molto gradevole.

INGREDIENTI PER 4 PERSONE

  • 200 g di farina bianca
  • 150 g di zucchero
  • 200 g di mandorle
  • burro
  • marsala
  • chiodi di garofano
  • marsala q.b.

PREPARAZIONE:

Tagliare 50 g di mandorle a rondelle. Ridurre a farina le mandorle restanti e i chiodi di garofano, aggiungere la farina, lo zucchero e un pizzico di cannella in polvere. Irrorare l'impasto con marsala fino a ottenere un composto denso.  
Formare delle palline, adagiarle sulla placca del forno e schiacciarle leggermente. Coprire la superficie con le mandorle tagliate a rondelle e cuocere in forno a 200 °C per circa 30 minuti, fino alla doratura della superficie.
