OPEN: from mid March till mid Mai for the ski mountaineering season
and from the beginning of June till mid September

The extremely easy access offers the possibility to reach the shelter to the mountain lovers of any age.
AS IT IS REACHED: from the lake of Gera one has to climb and cross the wall of the dam. The shelter is above a panoramic hump and is well visible for the whole itinerary of ascent. It is reached in about an hour of walk with a gradient of 400 m. The tour of the dam that foresees the return from Alpe Gembrè is very evocative.
